China's Foreign Trade in 2017 in the Global Performance
According to the statistics of the Customs, in 2017, the total value of China's trade in goods registered 27.79 trillion yuan. An increase of 14.2% over 2016, reversing the previous two consecutive years of declining. Among them, exports 15.33 trillion yuan, an increase of 10.8%.
World Trade Organization (WTO) latest data show that from January to October (in US dollars), China's export growth rate higher than the United States and Germany, respectively, 1.3 and 0.5 percentage points. In 2017, it is expected to maintain its position as the largest exporter of global trade in goods for 9 consecutive years.
The growth rate of imports was 10.4, 8.1, 7.6 and 6.5 percentage points higher than that of the United States, Germany, Japan and the world respectively, played an important role in promoting world economic and trade growth.

According to the official plan, in 2018, China will step up its negotiations on the ten free trade agreements on the basis of 16 free trade agreements completed, including China-Israel, China-GCC and so on.

Further escalation of commodity structure, technical content and high value-added mechanical and electrical products exports increased by 12.1%.
