In the past five years, China has given its answer to the historic question of “where international relations of

the 21^st century will go”.

Chinese people say that when their neighbors have happy events, they should come to celebrate. There is no

mistakes of strategic miscalculation, they might creat such traps for themselves. We should jointly build four
